Course Times: Students will continue to report to class at 7am until end of October. After October, students will report to class at 7:30 AM except for Tuesday morning master classes. the master classes will continue at 7AM on tuesdays all year.
Cost: The high school band fee per student pays for curriculum, performance, transportation and other related course costs. Fund raising opportunities are available. We usually perform no more than once a week until the end of October. After October we perform approximately every 6 weeks like middle school band programs.
Sectional: If your son/daughter plays percussion/drums or is a colorguard/flag member there are a mimimum of two sectional after school each week until end of October. If your son/daughter plays a woodwind or brass instrument there are student leader sectional sometimes once a week but they take place when/where the students can meet. The section parent will contact and arrange transportation if necessary.
Summer Activity: Students have summer band which begins with 9th grade rookie Camp for the first week after school is out. Band Camp the last two weeks of July is required for the course. Please see Cibolaband.com under calendar for a sample calendar.
